1. Introduction

Welcome to Dashla ("the App", "we", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, our website, and related services.

By using Dashla, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required by local law.

You must also be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Services Provided

Dashla is a dashboard app designed for Tesla owners.

Depending on vehicle support, region, and software compatibility, Dashla may allow you to:

• View basic vehicle information such as speed, gear, battery level, and related status data
• Use dashboard layouts that integrate map, navigation, music, tire pressure, and other driving information
• Connect locally to supported Tesla vehicles using officially supported Bluetooth capabilities
• Customize how dashboard information is presented inside the App

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

4. Vehicle Data & Local Processing

Dashla is designed to operate primarily through local communication between your phone and supported vehicles.

You do not need to provide your Tesla account credentials in order to use Dashla's core dashboard features.

Vehicle information used by the App is primarily processed locally on your device. We do not store your vehicle data long-term on our own servers as part of the App's core functionality.

You remain responsible for how you use the App, your device permissions, and your vehicle connection settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Dashla for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App
• Use the App in a way that could harm our services or other users
• Misuse, bypass, or tamper with subscription or purchase mechanisms
• Use the App in connection with unsafe driving or improper vehicle operation

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.

6. Payment & Pricing

Dashla offers both free and paid features.

Paid features are available through subscription purchases in the App Store.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple App Store rules.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Dashla may also include advertisements or ad-supported features, including services provided by third-party partners.

7. Data & Privacy

Dashla does not require account registration for its core functionality.

We do not collect personal information for cloud-based identity or remote vehicle account access as part of the App's core use.

The permissions requested by the App, such as Bluetooth or location-related permissions, are used to support local communication, connection, and dashboard display features.

Dashla may use third-party services related to subscriptions, advertising, analytics, maps, or navigation, each of which may be governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All App branding, software, interface design, and related content of Dashla are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless explicitly permitted.

Tesla and related marks are the property of their respective rights holders and are used only to describe compatibility or intended use.

9. Tesla Compatibility & Third-Party Disclaimer

Dashla is a third-party independently developed app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Tesla, Inc. or its affiliates.

Dashla relies on Tesla vehicle capabilities, software behavior, regional availability, and officially supported Bluetooth functionality.

We cannot guarantee that:

• Dashla will work with every Tesla model, region, or software version
• All features will remain available after future Tesla updates or changes
• Vehicle data shown by the App will always be available, complete, or uninterrupted
• Future changes by Tesla will not affect compatibility or performance

Dashla is intended only to display supported information through official vehicle capabilities. We are not responsible for any modification, flashing, or improper use involving your vehicle or other hardware.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with all vehicles, regions, devices, or software versions
• Continuous availability, accuracy, or error-free operation
• Non-infringement

You use Dashla at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or incomplete vehicle, map, navigation, or status information
• We are not responsible for issues caused by Tesla systems, firmware changes, hardware limitations, or third-party services
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App during the 12 months before the relevant claim

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of Dashla after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
